Abstract

Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were experimentally infected with Saprolegnia diclina belong to Oomycetes and Haematological parameterserythrocyte and leukocyte count, haematocrit, packed cell volume differential leukocyte count were measured over a 18-day period. Infected rainbow trout were showed lymphopenia. Leukocyte count, monocytes and neutrophila were increased in infected group.
