Abstract

Phorbia securis Tiensuu, 1935 (Diptera, Anthomyiidae) is a new pest found in the cereal areas of the Thrace region in Turkey. In this paper, its morphology, short biology, hosts and distribution in Turkey are presented. © TÜBITAK.
