Özet

In this study, linear attenuation coefficient for gypsum containing ulexite and colemamte boron compounds has been investigated. The measurements have been performed by using gamma spectrometer system. This system contains Nal(Tl) detector and Multi-Channel-Analyser (MCA). In measurements, 22Na and 54Mn radioactive sources, emitted 511, 835, and 1275 keV gamma energies, were used. The measured results were compared with the calculation obtained using computer code of XCOM.
