Özet

Rural Development Investments Support Programme (RDISP) is found the part, “agricultural supports for rural development purposefully” within supporting activities which are carried out by national fund. In this study, impacts of “Supporting of Purchasing of Machine-Equipment (SPME)” subprogramme included in RDISP are evaluated, problems and also possible solution recommendations will be tried to constitute. In this research, questionnaire is performed with 207 producers in 2015 which is equal to 15-20% of total producers appealed to application from SPME subprogramme in 2011 in Bursa region. In defining the sample population among total producers, the method of criterion sampling within purposive sampling techniques among sampling techniques that are not probabilistically is used. Essentially, searched for answer the question “What is the Net Effect of Intervention?” for SPME subprogramme using “Counterfactual Impact Evaluation”. However, producers who benefited and not benefited support from SPME subprogramme are evaluated considering various parameters. Eventually, the producers who benefit from SPME subprogramme have many positive indicators such as total personal employment, agricultural crop production capacity, and agricultural income compared to the producers who couldn’t benefit from this programme.
